Passive Prefab is a Construction Company building Prefabricated homes in a workshop facility in the Hunter Valley NSW. Our homes offer ultimate levels of heaIth, comfort and energy efficiency. Passive Prefab is a collaboration between award-winning Passive House certified Architect, Steele Olney of Studio Dot and local Passive House prefab builder, Evan Graham Master Builder.

Passive 

 Studio

The Passive Studio is a self contained dwelling Locally crafted in the Hunter NSW. This health focused, future-proof, compact studio can be installed on site and ready for fully self-contained, eco-friendly habitation in days. Inspired by the quintessential Australian miners cottage, the studio is versatile enough to sit comfortably in a rural environment or backyard urban setting. The design has been conceived in response to sky-rocketing building costs, a desire to streamline quality architecture and high-performance healthy homes. We wanted to create a high value offering at a reasonable cost.
